Fitness enthusiasts can now add even more functional training to their workout at ELEMENTS Eschenheimer Turm in central Frankfurt with a FT-CLUB membership. With FT-CLUB and ELEMENTS Fitness and Wellness, ACISO Fitness & Health GmbH brings together two of its brands.

Through the merger of the ELEMENTS and FT-Club fitness brands, in addition to individual coach support, members will also have access to small group workouts and modern equipment.

Each ELEMENTS Studio has a Large training area that includes a functional area.. The integration of FT-CLUBS into ELEMENTS Eschenheimer Turm resulted in a completely new area for functional training designed in the modern, urban style of FT-CLUB.

As a result, both performance and strength are optimally increased. Goals: Optimize performance, increase power, increase athleticism, and reduce weight.

Specially trained FT trainers accompany the participants in each training and adapt the training to your individual wishes and personal goals.
