Lose a dress size in four weeks: with BILD you can do it!
Tomorrow (Monday May 23) begins the 4-week fitness program at BILDplus with BILD weight loss coach and personal trainer Christian Blisse. Then the fitness professional provides two full body workouts per week (Monday and Thursday) AND regular nutrition advice that will make you fitter and leaner. Beginner or advanced fitness: everyone can train from home.

“I find it very difficult to lose weight. The main reason is definitely that I don’t get enough exercise. Or I sit at my desk or in the car. I just started playing tennis again, but I’m not absolutely fit and after training I have a lot of pain in my joints because I’m carrying too much weight and I don’t have enough muscle strength. With intermittent fasting I lost eight kilos from January to Easter, but then quickly regained it. I am fully motivated to start the BILD fitness program and finally get fit. For me, that’s the positive pressure I need to keep going because I don’t want to feel so slow anymore.”

“Since I stopped studying and started working, I have been sitting in the office all day. When I get home, it is incredibly difficult for me to recover and play sports. The sofa is just so much more inviting. I try to go to the gym once a week, but it rarely works. The Corona period didn’t exactly make it better either, I just got even slower. My goal now is to lose weight, lose weight in the stomach area in particular and stop getting angry when I see fat deposits in the mirror. “I haven’t had momentum for two years. Due to the pandemic and working from home, my ambition and motivation have dropped and I go to the gym maybe every two or three weeks. I would like to get my motivation back from the trainer and help me with nutrition and training times. It’s easy for me to start, but hard to continue. Diet is a big deal for me. The rest of my family doesn’t have to watch calories. It’s even harder for me to say ‘no’ when there’s currywurst, potatoes chips and mayonnaise on the table I wish I could put my shoes back on without having to hold my breath and have more mobility and overall fitness I would love to be able to put my favorite jeans, suits and dress shirts back on like I used to the pandemic.”

“My weight was my best kept secret. Now I’m trying something new, I don’t hide anymore! She feels like she’s tried all the diets and diet changes, but the pounds aren’t coming off. As soon as the pleasure wears off, she stops counting calories and weighing meals. I would like to enjoy a light meal, but that is only possible with exercise. Because my metabolism is a sleeping pill. EMS training once a week is not enough to lose weight. For more self-love, I just need a few inches less waist circumference. Losing two kilos in four weeks would be nice and hopefully realistic. In the long term, I want to stay on the ball and get down from 90kg.”
