– Collaboration presented at the RiminiWellness Conference on June 3, 2022 –

MILAN, Italy, June 7, 2022, a world leader in genomics and precision medicine, partners with GetFIT Lifestyle, the first Italian fitness company, to bring Dante’s scientific fitness reports to GetFIT’s 30,000+ members Lifestyle. The goal of this partnership is to customize an individual’s exercise regimen based on their genetic needs rather than superficial physical traits or tastes, ushering in a new health frontier where genetics meets fitness.

Starting July 1, 2022, GetFIT will offer scientific fitness reports in its gyms to its more than 30,000 active members and anyone interested exclusively in Italy and Europe. Genetic variants are differences in DNA between people. The Dante Genomics report explains how certain genetic variants in a person’s DNA can affect physical performance and metabolism, making it an extremely useful diagnostic tool now and in the future.

The information obtained from the analysis of the genes of an individual will allow, for the first time, to design a plan, with the support of GetFIT certified trainers, to optimize an exercise program in an effective and healthy way, with the goal of living longer, with more health and more energy.

“We are excited to partner with GetFIT in this ongoing collaboration to bring valuable genomic information to the fitness world,” said Andrea Riposati, CEO of Dante Genomics. “At Dante, we often say ‘Personalized medicine needs personalized data,’ and I am confident that our innovative genomic tests will enable all GetFIT customers to have a more personalized fitness program and exercise plan, uniquely tailored to their DNA.” “.

“For almost 40 years, GetFIT Group has taken care of people’s well-being.
