Aquafitness is a popular full-body workout for people of all ages. Arms, legs, buttocks and torso are trained in the protected swimming area. This increases strength, flexibility, and endurance. The buoyancy in the water also relieves the joints. Aqua fitness also has a positive effect on the organs. Water resistance has a massage effect and promotes blood circulation. Wetsuits and water shoes can be provided to participants if required.
The course will be held every Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. starting June 22.

Xanten South Sea Natural Pool
The protected bathing area in the Xantener Südsee natural pool is unique in the region and can not only be used by everyone in public bathing operations, but also as part of the course offer.
The pool is rinsed with water from the Xanten South Seas and offers a sheltered area with a water depth of 1.35m. The water is free of additives and is good for people with sensitive skin. The water temperature is a comfortable 20°C in the summer. After a hot spell, water retains heat longer than ambient air. The water therefore stays pleasantly warm for longer on the following colder days.
