From policies to damage reports and direct contact with a personal advisor, DONAU already offers all this digitally. “All the digitalization initiatives that we consider are focused on the client. Whether on smartphone, tablet or PC, the Meine DONAU customer portal now offers even more services after a relaunch. Many practical applications are available with just a few clicks:
• Digital policy instead of paper contract
• convenient contract overview
• Damage report directly from the customer portal
• Presentation of bills for health services
• View insurance claims
• Advice and service contact line at the touch of a button

The additional benefit for the environment: With the switch to digital communication through Meine DONAU, paper consumption is reduced.

Innovative, simple, fast: WohnenNext and other online degree options

DONAU already set standards in the insurance industry last year with WohnenNext, the fastest policy in Austria. The online home insurance, which is celebrating its first birthday these days, impresses with its innovative design, a clear overview of the selected services, including the premium – here too, the focus is on simplicity and transparency – and 24/7 in real time.
