Munich (ots) – Since Saturday, the festival beer has finally flowed again on Munich’s Theresienwiese. For a complete and safe visit to Oktoberfest, Munich’s traditional insurer Bayerische, together with Düsseldorf SituatiVe GmbH, offers a special Wiesn insurance. With the short-term accident insurance “WiesnSchutz”, festival visitors are protected against damage on a daily basis. The Bavarian donates all proceeds from Oktoberfest politics to the aid organization “Tafel Deutschland”.

The cost of the insurance is €5.99 per day. The policy can be contracted on any date during Oktoberfest, the protection applies immediately from this date. Clients are free to choose the period of insurance coverage, with a minimum period of 24 hours. The contract ends automatically after the desired period (maximum until the end of Oktoberfest) and does not have to be canceled separately.
