Residents of the Blue Zones are in excellent health and live much longer than people in other regions of the world.

Living healthy: This is how people in the Blue Zones eat

In Blue Zones, people eat 95 percent plant-based foods. Legumes such as beans and other vegetables, as well as nuts, seeds, and whole grains are mostly eaten.
